1. General Conditions

  • All sales and services are dependent on product availability.

  • Zabil Technologies reserves the right to decline service to anyone at any time for any reason.

  • Prices, product details, and specifications are subject to modification without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be fully paid before dispatch unless otherwise arranged under our Cash on Delivery (COD) service within Nairobi and nearby areas.

  • Accepted payment options include Cash on Delivery (Nairobi only), Lipa na M-Pesa, and other authorized payment methods.

  • For customers outside Nairobi, full payment via Lipa na M-Pesa is required before delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free delivery on purchases above KES 200,000.

  • A flat delivery fee of KES 500 applies to orders below that amount.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and the selected courier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may exchange products within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are not available — only product exchanges are allowed.

  • Return processing takes between 1–7 business days, and all exchanges must be completed in-store.

5. Warranty & Product Support

  • Warranty terms vary depending on the product and are provided at the point of sale.

  • Any product damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications automatically voids the warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zabil Technologies shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, images, text, and branding displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Zabil Technologies. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Updates to Terms

Zabil Technologies reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products or services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
