The 1000 VA / 600 W capacity draws from maintenance-free sealed lead-acid batteries rated for 3–5 years (replacement battery RBC17), with a transfer time of 6 ms typical and 156 Joules of surge protection. An LED status panel and audible alarms indicate battery, low-battery, and overload conditions. The unit is floor-mount only and has no USB port.
